Rockland Distilleries a well-established beverage manufacturing and Distribution Company is in the lookout for a young individual to join their team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the following functions with confidence. 

IT Assistant (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Hardware, Operating system and Network related technical support on Microsoft Windows based Servers, Desktops, and Notebooks. 
• Troubleshoot end users hardware and software issues. 
• Ability to troubleshoot network, printers, photocopiers, fax machine issues. 
• Assist in providing end user support for installed applications and maintains documentation related to resolution. 
• Be able to communicate clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing 
• Work independently and assist with multiple projects priorities. 
• Work as a team member in positive work environment. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• MCTS, Computer Networking/ Hardware, ICT Diploma level or equivalent. 
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required in similar capacity. 
• Knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and AD.
