Opportunity exists for diligent, resourceful and motivated individuals who have an impeccable work ethics, capacity to work under pressure, integrating well into the working teams while capable of functioning independently with minimum supervision.
The right candidate should be between 22-28 years, with a degree in Human Resources management, having over two years working experience in a similar capacity.
Job role requires knowledge in attending to all personal administration functions including compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements, Preparation of manpower plans and recruiting right candidates, ensure proper monitoring of performance management cycle, identify training needs, arranging training programmes and analysis of learning outcomes.
The selected candidates for the above position will be entitled to an attractive remuneration package.
