Staff Officer - HR

Location: Brandix Apparel Solutions Limited

The Job:
You will primarily act as an HR Officer while ensuring industrial harmony and employee morale in the allocated manufacturing unit. The designated person will also act as an HR business partner in providing hands-on support in the areas of employee relations, training and achieving KPIs in LTO, absenteeism, initiating & executing best practices etc. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to labour and social compliance standards to build a productive & satisfied workforce.

The Person:

• A/L qualified
• A degree or nay other professional qualification in HR
• More than a year's prior experience in a similar capacity
