Call Centre Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary

Pre-requisites and Key Attributes:

  • Should have passed G.C.E. A/L
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil with strong Customer service orientation
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a Bank
  • Should be able to work on roster basis
  • Age below 27 years
