Customer Care Assistant (Customer Service Unit)

The ideal candidate should be a people person with exceptional communication skills and a cheerful disposition. He or she should have a strong aptitude for customer service and problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in similar role is an added advantage, school leavers seeking a career in customer service will also be considered
  • Good telephone etiquette, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken English, Sinhala & Tamil
  • Computer literacy with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Two passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination with five credits for the G.C.E. O/L including Mathematics and English
