Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest operator of star class hotels with a portfolio of over 2000 rooms divided among three city hotels and eleven resort hotels, situated in prime locations in Sri Lanka and Maldives.

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive - Human Resources. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Human Resources - Leisure Resorts and will be based at the corporate Head Office.

Executive - Human Resources

Location: Head Office

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the identification and recruitment of candidates with competencies to enhance the business' competitive advantage
• Conducting the onboarding process and the sector induction programme for all new recruits
• Coordinating with Sri Lanka Tourism development authority, Sri Lanka Economic Development Bureau and The Sri Lanka Department of Immigrations and Emigrations in order to obtain / renew Residence Visa / Work Permits for expatriate employees
• Designing communication strategy to create awareness and developing the Cinnamon Newsletter on a quarterly basis
• Assisting & executing the planned, people related CSR Activities and managing the budget for all activities

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or a similar qualification together with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar job role
• Good comprehension of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proficient communication skills (written and oral)
