Operations Executive

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Freight forwarding (mainly Air Freight)
  • Basic IT knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills. English language is mandatory

Qualifications:

  • Basic G.C.E. O/L & A/L
  • Professional qualification in Logistics field would be an added advantage

Experience:

  • At least one year experience in a logistics company would be an added advantage

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Planning air freight shipments, sending pre-alerts and invoicing
  • Tracking shipments, creating reports & PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinating with international agent for all air freight shipments and updating status
  • Coordinating with local customers for all air freight shipments, updating status and sending daily status reports to relevant customers
