Customer Service Executive

Act as an important link between the client and the operations team while attending client calls, interacting with clients frequently, manage job queues, communicate feedback to operations team and ensure productivity is unhampered.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed of G.C.E. O/L & A/L or London O/L & A/L
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Client Servicing / Customer Services / Call Centre

Willingness to work in the night shift on a rotational basis is a must.
