Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Sapugaskanda, Makola

• The incumbent of this position should monitor and report on the effective administration of credit control function in the bank
• Preparation of credit control related reports to the managemetn and follow up actions agreed
• Circulating monthly debtors statements, calling debtors confirmations and reconciliation of balances
• Processing credit approvals in the system
• Evaluation of new and existing customers and recommend suitable credit terms
• Customer registration in the ERP system and monitoring
• Safekeeping and monitoring of guarantees given by the customers
• Monitoring Local and Foreign letter of credit settlements

The ideal candidate should be a graduate in business management and should have partly completed ACCA / CIMA / CA qualification. A minimum of 2 years hands on experience in a similar capacity of a reputed organisation is essential. The suitable candidate should be fluent in English and Sinhala, with sound computer literate, analytical skills, presentation skills, communication skills and decision making skills. Age should be below 35 years and should be ready to perform with time targets whilst being a good team player.
