Customer Relations Executive - Airport Branch

Job Role 

  • Serve walk-in customers with good customer care, etiquette and empathy. 
  • Should take part in Sales & Promotional activities. 
  • Recommend potential products or services to Management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. 
  • Be self-motivated, committed, and possess the ability to work independently. 
  • Should possess a high level of self-confidence. integrity and a positive "can do" attitude. 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in the field of Marketing such as C1M/SUM. 
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field. 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication drills in Englict, Sinhala and Tamil. 
  • Ability to converse in a foreign language/s would be an added advantage. 
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. 
  • Should have excellent negotiation and presentation ekitiv 
  • Ability to work on shift basis. covering day and night shifts, including rostered weekends. 
  • Good listener with problem solving skills as well as to understand the needs/concems of customers. 
  • Be able to work in a team environment and all levels of Management in the organization. 
  • Sound technical knowledge in handling mobile phones and data devices.
