Head of Marketing

Job Profile & Qualifications:

• Managing a team of customer service staff
• Focus on marketing promotions and sales targets
• Coordination of clients concerns and adjustment of the services to the client's needs
• Resolving any issues on the client's site and cooperation with respective other departments
• Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring of inbound marketing channels and activities
• Degree / part qualification Business & Marketing or relevant field will be an added advantage
• Strongly developed networking, communication analytical skills, interpersonal skills and management and leadership skills
• High customer-orientation and business acumen
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Advanced knowledge of experience with popular content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a face-paced, deadline driven environment
• Experience in PR is essential
• Willing to work long hours
• 10 year experience in a recognised organisation
