Human Resource Executive
The responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate and coordinates entire recruitment process in order to ensure timely fulfilment of company staff requirement
- Assist Human Resources Manager to administer performance review programme to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equality within the organisation
- Process monthly payroll including collection of all relevant information for the monthly payroll
- Facilitates employee benefits programmes such as insurance and other company provided benefits
- Maintain records on employee attendance, leave and update Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports and present to the management
- Conduct grievance handling and counselling process of the company
- Ability to represent the HR department based on the situation
Requirements include:
- Professional qualification in HR Management (Preferably IPM) / HR Degree
- Full/part qualified in MBA will be an added advantage
- 3-5 years' experience in the corporate sector HR
- Age below 35 years
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Sound IT knowledge and both Sinhala / English typing skills
- Male candidates only
