Customer Relations Executive

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in service industry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing (English & Sinhala is a must), Tamil would be a definite advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
  • A professional qualification would be a distinct advantage
  • A creative mind combined with the ability to find the best practical solutions
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
  • Knowledge and skills in use of general computer literacy
  • Ability to work under changing situations and interruptions
  • Ability to maintain highly sensitive, confidential material
  • Should be willing to work on shift basis
