Guest Relations Executive

The ideal candidate should be between 20 - 25 years of age and possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar capacity is essential to perform this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, ability to work well within a team and pleasing personality are key competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Welcoming, assisting and directing visitors / customers to be relevant department / persons accordingly
• Handling visitor and telephone inquiries, and provide necessary information
• Handling the switch board
• Ensuring that all visitors are screened and permitted to enter each respective floor
• Updating the system with contact details
