Customer Support Executive (Ecommerce)
The Role:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication (customer service via Live Chat / Phone / Web or Email)
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as either an Online Customer Service OR Customer Support
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers & meet customer service team targets
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Handle customer surveys to ensure level of service
- Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience & computer literacy
- Minimum of G.C.E. A/L Level Qualification
- Familiarity with Online store handling would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, active listening, problem analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to speak Tamil language would be an added advantage
- Flexible in working hours & attention to detail
- Should be able to function independently under minimum supervision
