Location: Operational Head Office - Homagama

Job role:

• Manage inbound calls, emails and online chat in a prompt and efficient manner
• Generate sales through inbound & outbound calls
• Deliver Happiness to all our customers in a professional manner

The ideal candidates should be:

• Dynamic team player with good organising and interpersonal skills
• Male / female candidates below 30 years of age
• Willingness & ability to work on Shift / Roster basis
• Experience in similar field is essential
• Excellent knowledge of English with good telephone etiquette and computer literacy and vital requirements
• Preference will be given to those who can communicate in Tamil language & reside around Malabe, Athurugiriya, Homagama or surrounding areas
• Speedy & accurate typing skills
