Receptionist cum Telephone Operator

The ideal candidate should be between 30-40 years of age and possess the G.C.E. O/L qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of English, high level of accuracy, attention to detail and computer literacy are key competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Handling the main switchboard and directing inquiries
• Welcoming and directing all visitors
• Maintaining the reception / front office according to company standards
• Updating and monitoring telephone extensions and mobile phone numbers
• Assisting in other administration functions as and when required
