Finance Executive

Location: Pannala Plant

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the fixed asset register (additions / disposals / insurance / physical counts / annual plan and reforecast workings) etc
• Carrying out the inventory verification process at all stock locations and timely stock analysis
• Preparing reconciliation statements and processing payments based on indirect taxes (VAT / SVAT & NBT)
• Cashiering
• Checking the payment of subcontracted staff
• Handling accruals and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Initiating the preparation of monthly income tax computation

The ideal candidate should:

• Be partly qualified in ICASL / CIMA or ACCA
• Have exposure to SAP or a similar ERP system
• Have a thorough knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Be an analytical and logical thinker and have a positive attitude
• 2 or more years of working experience in the manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
