Front Office Manager

He/She will be mainly responsible for:

  • To monitor and control rooms business within the hotel in order to maximize potential occupancy, average rates, rooms revenue and other revenues
  • Manage Reservations, Reception, Bell Desk, Guest Relations and Telephones
  • Ensure that company and hotel front office standards and procedures are adhered and that new standards are built into the hotel standards of performance manual
  • Handle guest complaints
  • To maintain a high standard of regular guests service in the front office
  • The proper management of the front office staff

The ideal candidate must possess more than 8 years in Front Office with a minimum of 3 years' of experience as a Front Office Manager in a star class hotel. Hospitality Related Degree or a Diploma from SLITHM or an equivalent qualification is a must.
