Marketing Assistant 

The Job:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible to support overall functions of the Adviser communication function which  requires high level of coordination with sales teams and other internal & external stakeholders to achieve the set business objectives.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Provide marketing and communication support in achieving the set functional objectives.
• Support the teams in  implementing recruitment strategies ,managing and promoting the lead management system, on-boarding process and internal clubs.
• Assist the team in developing and executing the  advisor brand building initiatives and activities.
• Coordination of digital recruitment strategy specially the e-Consultant program 

The Applicant should possess:

• 3 passes in A/Ls and  part qualification in Marketing / CIM / SLIM  or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a reputed organization. ( Marketing /Sales related experience would be highly recognised)
• A good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage).
• Computer literacy and digital savviness.
• Strong self motivated  & out going  personality with  interpersonal skills , analytical skills and sense of creativity.
