Customer Care Executive

Job Role:

  • Be a part of highly motivated cross functional team and help the team in carrying out customer care initiatives
  • Handle customer's inquiries and complaints as and when required
  • Conduct internal and external customer surveys including mystery customer surveys, call surveys and analyse the results
  • Coordinate with individual departments and ensure that customer complaints are rectified in time
  • Upgrade and maintain customer service levels in the Organisation

Personal & Skills Profile:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management / Qualifications in SLIM or CIM
  • Excellent communication skills in English / Sinhala
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Word / Excel & PowerPoint
  • Should have excellent follow up skills
  • Two years' experience in similar capacity
  • Age below 35
