Trainee Associate / Junior Associate
If you are creative, up for challenge and hardworking with strong interpersonal skills, you could be a part of the dynamic BPM team which is rapidly growing. Chosen candidates will be working closely with our clients delivering services in Finance and Accounting and Procurement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Processing of Invoices
- Processing of Accounts Receivable and passing of General Ledger entires
- Performing Bank Reconciliation and assisting of sample audits
- Liaising with the on shore team regarding queries
- Coordinating with the clients / vendors and the team in discharging services
- Producing relevant MI reports for the clients
Candidate Profile:
- Fast Learner who can work with minimum supervision
- A dynamic self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement
- A team player with a positive attitude and a good command of spoken and written English
- Competent in MS Office Package, specially with MS Excel
- Experience in web based accounting packages such as XERO, SAASU and MYOB will be an added advantage
- Experience in ERP systems such as Oracle
- Willing to work on shifts (UK Shift or Australia Shift)
Fresh entrants who are pursuing foundation level qualification in CMA / CIMA / ACCA or following first / second year in a part time Bachelor's Degree may apply for Trainee Associate.
Candidates with 6 - 12 months experience who are following operational / managerial level qualification in CMA / CIMA / ACCA or following first / second year in a part time Bachelor's Degree may apply for Junior Associate.
