Operations Executive

Locations: Seeduwa / Ja-Ela

Requirements:

• Excellent PR skills
• Sound communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Honest and trustworthy
• Below 30 years of age

Qualifications:

• G.C.E. A/L minimum of two "C" passed preferably in commerce stream
• Hands on MS Office package and ability to work in computerised working environment

Experience:

• At least 1 year experience would be added advantage

Responsibilities of the position:

• Handling petty cash and balancing the cash float on daily basis
• Checking the settlements / bills & invoices received for reimbursements
• Continuous follow-up of IOUs
• Reimbursing cash on a daily basis
• Raising invoices and receipts
• Accepting & receipting cash, cheques and other modes of payments
• Depositing the customer collections on the following day
• Proper maintenance of reports and other documents
