Accounts Assistant

Location: Head Office Dematagoda

The candidate is accountable for following job tasks but not limited to:

• Ensure proper coordination among internal and external stakeholders
• Generation of sales orders through ERP system
• Coordinating stocks with factories and make sure sufficient stock levels are available before raising orders in the system
• Preparation of sales return daily basis
• Maintaining cheques schedule and information sharing with customers

The applicants should academically qualify in G.C.E. A/L and part qualification in Accounting - ICASL, Sales Administration and knowledge on Warehouse Management & Inventory Controls. The candidates must have strong communication skills; interpersonal skills, excellent IT skills (MS Excel package) alone with experience in handling accounting software preferably in ERP system. Preference would be given to candidates who possess 1-2 years hands on experience in inventory control / sales coordination and those who can join with immediate effect.
