Senior HR Executive
Location: Factory - Kalutara
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing manpower budget and fill the required human resources as per the manpower plan
- Handling grievance in professional manner
- conducting induction programmes
- Coordinating all task of performance evaluation and complete in timely manner
- Organising the welfare event creatively and make employee happy
- Hands on experience to conduct disciplinary inquiries independently
- Ability to work in a challenging work environment
Key Requirements:
- A Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management / Administration obtained from a recognised university or institution
- 4-5 Years working experience and good knowledge in Labour Law and hands on experience in all statutory & non statutory compliances in a unionised set up
- Excellent Leadership and Problem Solving skills & Computer literacy is a must
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills in Sinhala & English languages
- Age below 30 years
