Management Trainee Programme 2017

Our Management Trainee (MT) programme will have a duration of 18months and will develop future leaders of Brandix in the functional areas of:

• Human Resources
• Finance
• Operations & Engineering
• Supply Chain
• Marketing

The selection for the MT programme will have a stringent assessment process. The chosen talent will be provided a thorough knowledge through a structured programme. It will cover our overall business and process across all functions whilst providing strong leadership skills and exposure to critical stakeholders - both internal and external.
