Human Resource Executive
He will be responsible for:
- Maintaining / updating Leave Records
- Coordinating the payroll for all staff of the group
- Administering EPF/ETF claims & formalities, and coordinating with relevant government organisations and institutions
- Preparing and submitting HR letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring the employee attendance system
- Assisting the Employee Performance Management Process
Qualifications:
The ideal candidates who possess a Degree / Professional Qualification in HR from a recognised university / institution and have at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience in similar capacity. He should have sound communication skills with good interpersonal skills. Previous hands on experience in a HRIS would be a definite advantage.
