Executive - After Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging and completing all associated paperwork, which documents the nature of the goods being brought in for warranty
- Liaise with the customers, Coordinate with internal departments and external companies
- Responsible for inspecting all returned goods and completing all related paperwork
- Work within standard deadlines
- Responsible for record information through data entry, maintaining reports, processing invoices and mange customer disputes
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in after sales is compulsory preferably in electronics
- Good communication and numerical skills
- Basic Computer literacy
