Assisting customers remotely in a quandary situations is the main task assigned to the selected candidate and objective of our unit is to provide a speedier and efficient service to our valued clients exceeding their expectations. The selected candidate will have to handle customers' inquiries and complaints as and when required. He/She will be a part of the highly motivated team which is dedicated to achieve the organisational objective in an effective and efficient manner.
Personal and Skills Profile:
- Should possess G.C.E. A/L qualification
- School leavers are encouraged to apply
- Should have a good command of English and Tamil languages and must be computer literate (MS Office Applications)
