HR Executive
Job Purpose:
Human Resources (HR) executive, develops, advises on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personal within an organisation. His / her aim is to ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employers business aims.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years' experience in similar or a general Secretarial position in a reputed industry
- Diploma in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
- Good knowledge in English (both written and spoken)
- Computer literate
- Willing to work extra hours & weekends if necessary
Skills:
- Knowledge in day to day job functionalities in the organisation
- Good presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Good communication skill
- Staff motivations
- Working with minimal supervision
