The company is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group.
Customer Support Assistant (6 Months Contract)
Responsibilities Includes:
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients providing excellent service and follow-up until their requirement is fulfilled
- Ability to coordinate interdepartmentally to resolve customer relations
- Track and report customer interactions as required by the company
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Ability to converse in Sinhala will be an added advantage
- A Distinction for English language at G.C.E. O/L examination
- Should possess sound secondary level educational qualifications
- Fluency in MS Office package and basic computing
- Pleasant and positive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
