Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Field a high volume of in-bound calls and assess customer needs
  • Review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions and determine appropriate solutions and/or responses
  • Effective communicate with clients through written communication
  • Handle and follow-up hotline cash sales enquiries
  • Attend to emails addressed to the CS department
  • Handle CS related back end process requirements through FedEx tools / systems
  • Distribute calls / emails when necessary to other resources to ensure customers' needs are handled in a timely fashion
  • Attend to general correspondences and maintain records

Candidate Profile:

  • 6 Credit passes including Mathematics and English at G.C.E. O/L
  • A minimum of 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills in both English, Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage
