Executive - Employee Relations

As an Executive - Employee Relations you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of organisational goals & strategy through establishing and sustaining an effective relationship with employees (Team Members) in order to create a healthy environment whilst motivating and increasing employee engagement for the organisation to meet the efficiency objectives.

You would also be required to:

• Sustain a good relationship with the employees
• Assist in creating a productive and focused environment in the production floor in order to ensure the department process runs smoothly
• Facilitate the process of creating an informed and educated workforce
• Maintain disciplinary code and procedure

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Professional Qualification in HR
• An outstanding team player with minimum of one year work experience
