Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (Gte) is a leading institute offering undergraduate and postgraduate Degrees in Computing, Business and Engineering. We are having walk-in interviews on 22nd November 2017 from 9:30am - 3:30pm at our Malabe Campus for the following vacancies.

Call Centre Agents

The ideal candidate should fulfil the following requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Ability to understand and speak in Tamil shall be an added advantage)
• Have good listening skills, patience, and professionalism  in handling queries and complaints
• Willing to work long hours and weekends if necessary
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain good attitude
• Be computer literate
• Experience in similar capacity of at least 1 year is desired, but not mandatory
• Age between 20-30 years
