Call Centre In Charge
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the activities of the call center agents to ensure customer calls are made in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to and call standards are met
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Ensure the adherence to the work schedules
- Provide coaching and call support to the team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound call center Supervisory role
- Good analytical skills
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Below 35 years of age
