Call Centre In Charge

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the activities of the call center agents to ensure customer calls  are made in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to and call standards are met
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ensure the adherence to the work schedules
  • Provide coaching and call support to the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound call center Supervisory role
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Below 35 years of age
