HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure salary and benefits are administrated in accordance to statutory and company requirements in a timely and accurate manner
• Administrate all compensation and benefits related initiatives and programmes
• Maintain records of all compensation and benefits related matters
• Supporting all training & development activities, recruitment team and welfare supporting HR Admin team in preparing presentations / reports and assignments for Management review

Key Requirements:

• Should possess a Diploma in HRM or an equivalent qualification
• 1 years working experience in similar capacity
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Age should be below 28 years
