Recoveries Executive

The selected individual is responsible:

• To communicate & negotiate effectively and to have a positive rapport with the customers towards recovery overdue
• To achieve the collection & recoveries targets set by the management
• To ensure that the policies / procedures related to collections / recoveries are adhered

The individual:

• Passed G.C.E. A/L examination preferably in commerce stream
• In depth knowledge in Recoveries and Litigation process
• Previous working experience in a distribution or trading company will be a definite advantage
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity
• Should be an outgoing personality who delivers quality business inflows
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Possess a valid riding license
