Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in two languages (English Sinhala or Tamil)
- Ability to read and write English
- Good telephone manner & voice quality
- Minimum 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L or G.C.E. O/L with Higher educational quality certification
- Computer literacy and keyboard sills
- The candidate should preferably reside within 15km radius from Colombo.
