Customer Services Executive

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in relevant field
  • SLIM/CIM (optional)
  • Interpersonal & PR skills
  • Managing different stakeholders efficiently
  • Quick turnaround time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill (Sinhala, English and Tamil - Optional)
  • Help desk experience
  • Experience in handling a customer loyalty programme

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing all Customer complaints / Inquiries (internal & external)
  • Analysing customer complaints and rebates on a monthly basis and preparing timely reports to the management
  • Planning and implementing customer service development projects
  • Managing the loyalty programme

Salary - Negotiable
