We are looking for energetic, dedicated and enterprising individuals to join our team for the following vacancy at our Malabe Campus.

Call Centre Agents

Loation: Malabe Campus

Job Profile:

Handle customer queries with diligence and care, providing accurate information about our programmes, procedures to new and existing clients etc.

The ideal candidate should fulfil the following requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Ability to understand and speak in Tamil shall be an added advantage)
  • Have good listening skills, patience, and professionalism  in handling queries and complaints
  • Willing to work long hours and weekends if necessary
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain good attitude
  • Be computer literate
  • Experience in similar capacity of at least 1 year is desired, but not mandatory
  • Age between 20-30 years
