Credit Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-ups on entire Travel Agents segment, visit travel Agents and collect payments
  • Check daily Travel Agent bills
  • Liaise with Travel Agents for the smooth functioning of the operation
  • Check and set-off Travel Agents commission deductions
  • Liaise with External Parties for smooth processing of the monthly bills
  • Customer template - checking and sending to create codes

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A part qualification in the field of Accounting
  • A sound academic background with G.C.E. A/L
  • Very strong communication skills in both English & Sinhala (Verbal & Written)
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office packages
