AMW is the agent in Sri Lanka for world renowned brands such as Nissan, Yamaha, Renault, Suzuki, Suzuki Maruti, Piaggio, New Holland, Dong Feng, BP, Castrol, SONAX, Goodyear and Evergreen. The local brands in the portfolio include EPIC, Marathon, Automall, Pitstop and Capital Leasing.
We are seeking dynamic, results oriented individual for the below position in Tyre Sales & Marketing Division.
HR Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising meeting and preparation of minutes
- Follow up on tasks assigned to cooperate management an support team
- Following up on undertakings given by staff
- Prioritise and organise the daily business activities including correspondence and diary management
- Maintain a methodical and effective filing system
- Facilitating internal & external communication & meetings
- Interacting with other business units in the group
- General administration support with document presentation amendments
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM or an equivalent qualification would be an added advantage
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Should possess good communication sand interpersonal skills
- 2 years working experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage
- Age should be below 28 years
