HR Intern
Location: Matara
Key Responsibilities:
- Process documentation & prepare reports relating to HR activities
- Assist to payroll preparation by entering data to the system
- Compile & Update Employee reports
- Update & Maintenance of HR & ISO documents
- Recruitment, Induction & Placement
- Assist with all other day to day HR & Administration functions
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Past or full qualification in HR / Management / Administration from a recognised university
- Should possess strong analytical, communication & coordinating skills
- Competency in MS Office & knowledge in HRIS
- Age below 27
- Preference will be given to candidates who are residing in Matara
