Customer Service Executive

We are on the lookout for a young self-motivated individual who has the passion in responding to our customers consistently.

Job Profile:

  • the Customer Service Executive is responsible for confidently and knowledgeably providing the full suite of DHL customer service offering (e.g. booking, enquiries, shipment status, tracking etc) to all parties contacting DHL via the customer service hotline and other contact modes.

Personal Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Passed the G.C.E. O/L
  • Age between 18-28
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Selected candidates should be flexible to work on rosters and on holidays when the situation demands
  • Experience in a similar capacity would be a distinct advantage
