Banking Assistant

Location: Galle Branch

Job Profile:

• Ensure adherence to all standardised operational procedures as per operations manuals
• Ensure that customer verification is as per Central Bank and operational regulations
• Coordinate day to day operational issues in the branch with the relevant support departments

Prerequisites:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in banking / financial institute with hands on experience in branch operations & customer service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Conversant in Banking operations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge on KYC and Anti Money Laundering
