Receptionist cum Telephone Operator
Location: Head Office
Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and the selected candidate will provide administrative support across the organisation. She will handle the flow of telephone calls received internally & externally and the visitors while maintaining professional acumen to the highest degree.
Requirements:
- Candidate with pleasant personality and good social etiquette
- 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills, organisational skills and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English language
- Proficiency in MS OFfice package and email
- Ability to perform multi task with minimum supervision
