Desktop Support Technician

Experience & Background:

• Microsoft Certifications - MCSA Server 2008 / 2012
• On site end-user troubleshooting.
• Remote Desktop connectivity assistance for offshore users to local site
• On demand assistance for international user's technical problems.
• Coordinate with hardware and other IT service vendors and suppliers when a requirement arises.
• Blackberry device assistance for end users.
• Generate Firewall reports on Internet usage and submit to head of IT.
