Following Vacancies exist at The Blue Water situated in the South of Sri Lanka with 96 rooms, a Presidential Suite, 4 Deluxe Suites & 39 Club Suites is one of the most sought after luxury beach resort in Sri Lanka and at our Upcoming Luxury Hotel in the Cultural Triangle. Our success always has been our people and now we are in pursuit to recruit the following personalities to join our elite group of associates.

Food & Beverage Manager & R&B Manager

  • Graduates from Ceylon Hotel School or similar recognized institution in Sri Lanka or overseas in the age of 30/40 years with F&B knowledge at the highest level, computer literacy, sound knowledge of the English language with overseas exposure, foreign languages, F&B training, Banquet & Convention operations, menu engineering, costing, budgeting, scheduling are prerequisites.
  • The person we are looking for should be a self-starter and should be a person looking for greater heights in hospitality management

Guest Relations Executive - Male / Female

  • Experienced Hotel School Graduate or Diploma Holder with a minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality field, fluency in English and a foreign language is essential preferably Russian / Chinese or German. '

Banquet Sales Executive (Based at the Hotel)

  • Mix of experience in food & beverage operations & sales & marketing, handling correspondence independently and communicating with clients and inter departments is a must.

Training & Development Executive

  • A graduate or diploma holder from a recognized University with over 5 years experience in Training & Talent Management, mandatory hospitality experience with a proven track record. Computer Literacy & excellent command of the English language is a must.

Animator

  • Front Office Assistants (Female Only)

Food & Beverage Department:

  • Barman
  • Stewards / Stewardesses
  • Restaurant Hostess
  • F&B Trainees (Banquet operations)
  • Kitchen Stewarding

  • Sous Chef
  • Specialized Cooks - Chinese / Japanese / Indian / Arabic Food.
  • Commis I, II and III (Hot/Pastry/Cold Kitchen)

Housekeeping Department:

  • Room Attendants / Houseman

Human Resource Department:

  • HR Assistant (Male)

Experienced personnel only and preference will be given to individuals residing in Moratuwa / Panadura / Wadduwa / Kalutara / Dambulla / Sigiriya & Habarana areas. Acceptable references are mandatory requirements as all personnel will be on full time employment basis in keeping with company's CSR Policy.
