Accounts Executive

Candidate Criteria:

• Minimum part qualification from ICASL
• Over 2 years experience in Accounting including 1-2 years with a reputed Audit Firm
• Computer skills in Office Packages
• Age over 25 years
• Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English
• Salary Negotiable

Areas Responsible:

• Preparation of VAT, NBT Computations and relevant schedules to be uploaded to the Inland Revenue System (RAMIS)
• Prepare documents pertaining to SVAT and upload to the Inland Revenue System (RAMIS)
• Prepare and provide information when requested by the Department of Inland Revenue
• Reconciliation of accrued charges, preparation & posting of journal entries for monthly accounts finalisation
• Preparation of bank reconciliations
• Process payments
• Preparation of other management information reports
