Senior Executive - HR
We are looking for candidates who have the passion to work with people, drive people processes and are keen to progress with their career in Human Resources.
Requirements:
- Age between 25 to 30 years
- Minimum 4-5 years hands on experience in HR
- Experience with exposure to the apparel industry would be an added advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in HR / related field from a recognised institute
- Proficient in Sinhala and English both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage
- Independent and works under minimum supervision
- Excellent knowledge in current labour laws and industrial relations
- Conversant in Microsoft Office package
The selected candidate has to visit multiple locations
